RETURN POLICY
We do not offer returns. However, refunds are available only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
To request a refund, email us at hello@drifthead.co.in within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear images of the issue.
Refund Process:
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided for size issues, change of mind, or incorrect address input.
Drifthead reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy terms.
