1. How can I place an order?

Ordering from Drifthead is simple! Browse our collection, select your preferred size, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Debit/Credit Cards

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

Net Banking

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

4. Where do you ship?

We ship across India and Nepal. However, additional shipping charges will apply for orders to Nepal.

5. How long does shipping take?

India: Orders are delivered within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Nepal: Delivery times may vary based on location and customs clearance.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor its status.

7. What is your return & exchange policy?

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

An unboxing video is required for any return/exchange requests.
